I had the opportunity to work with another designer from Tucson. I love that I can send some support her way. She works with Island Batiks a fabric manufacture that focuses on creating Batik fabrics. Broken Glass, a fabric line from Island Batik, designed for Kathy Engle for Swan Amity Sheridan is arriving in stores this month! I joined a team of wonderful ladies to help launch this happy line of fabric. Check out each link below to see all the different ways you can use the fabrics.

Fragmented Light

This is a modern take on star it features broken glass fabrics in my Fragmented light design

My Fragmented Light Quilt Pattern is looking soooo good in these threads. I love the blue dotted fabric and how the yellow/green fabric pops against it. This modern star design is a large quilt perfect for a queen size bed.


Hope’s Path

I used Broken Glass Fabrics for this layout of my Hope's Path Quilt. It features dark blues, bright teals, deep purples and sharp yellows.

I love this version of Hope’s Path Quilt. These colors are vibrant and very pleasing to the eye. The pattern is written as one large block and can be made as a baby quilt, throw quilt or queen quilt. However, if you make four baby blocks you can turn your quilt into something completely different (as seen above).


Falling Stars

This quilt has 11 full stars and 2 half stars. It moves from dark fabrics to light fabrics like a star falling from the sky.

The Falling Stars Quilt Pattern is one on my favorite designs. The quilt features many different stars designs that are created with hexagons. The colors move from dark to light like a star would do as it falls from the sky.
