Thank you for telling me about what your favorite pre-cut is. I find myself buying charm packs more than any other pre-cut. But they are all SO tempting. I think I have bought just about every type of pre-cut. Now, I just need to get around to using them. The winner of the week #3 giveaway is …..
Lola … a jellyroll of Somerset will be on the way to you soon. Please reply to my email with your address.
For the last week of my giving challenge, I thought it should go out in a BANG. That means more fabric, a pattern and even a ruler. The biggest part of this giveaway is the layered cake. It’s full of a variety of Batik fabrics. The charm pack is 25th and pine. I had never seen a Moda Scrap Bag and I couldn’t pass it up. I added it to the list, along with a pattern (rise and shine), and a hatchet template. This is the biggest giveaway that I have every hosted. Since the loot is larger the timeline will be longer. I will announce the winner on December the 9th. To enter into the final giveaway (Week #4) from my Giving Challenge simply comment on this post. In honor of the Layered Cake – What is your favorite holiday dessert?
Good Luck!

I like anything with frosting. Good frosting. Really, cake, cookies, etc., are just a vehicle for the frosting. I have about a bazillion pinned frosting recipes to try!
My mom and sister are always making quilts, it would be fun to make one for them!

My favorite is pumpkin pie. Until this year, my husband and 3 kids haven’t liked it, so Thanksgiving was the one time of year I’d make it, as I was really the only one who ate it. Now, the kids seem to like it, so we may make it more often!

Thank you for both the quilty inspiration and the generosity inspiration! I haven’t had much time to sew lately so I got the Christmas list for a family at the Salvation Army and went shopping instead. But I hope to manage my work schedule better in the future so I can sew gifts from the heart at Christmas, like you do. And thanks for sharing this wonderful stuff with your blog readers too! I’m swooning over those batiks! My favorite dessert is pecan pie.
