This is my husband’s favorite dish. When I make it, I get taken back to a trip that we took to Austin, TX. We stayed to in the heart of the city and walked all throughout it. At one point we happened upon a funky restaurant called Wahooos. We eat there many times and loved it. When I got home, I decided to add it to my dinner rotation. I spent a lot of time looking over recipes on the Internet.

This is the rub I use:

5 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1teaspoon dried Thyme
1teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Sides that I make with this dish coleslaw, avocado salsa, grilled chopped garlic, cheese, beans, couscous
