Lately I have been getting a lot of use out of my juicer. Over the past month, I have made watermelon water, cantaloupe water, carrot/orange juice, carrot/mango/blueberry juice, and Green Stuff.
What, you might ask, is in this Green Stuff? It is a combination of apples (2.5), cucumbers (.5), and ginger (1″). It is tart but tastes amazing and fresh.
Juicing can be a great way to eat the 6 to 8 servings of fruits and veggies you need to eat in one day. That is not always easy to do and drinking store-bought juice has too much sugar for my family. That is why juicing is so perfect. It is 100% natural and you can’t get more perfect than that.
On the flip side, it takes a lot of fruit to make a good amount of Juice. I make the recipe 4 times.
