Dairy farming is a very challenging job. Once you decide to care for an animal you are committed every day, all year. Your every day goal is keeping the animal safe and healthy while producing the best quality milk possible. It is a true passion.

This month is National Dairy Month. I have chosen to celebrate it with cooking. Since I am totally crushed on Greek yogurt and I eat it for breakfast, as a snack, even as desert. Each week this month I plan on making one recipe that has yogurt as an ingredient. The recipes that I will be making are listed below**. Each week I will share pictures and review the item that I made. Cook them with me & we can compare notes.
